West Hill Softball is pleased to announce the return of our WHS Annual Association Meeting, to be held in person on Wednesday, October 19! (Virtual option will be available too). This is a great opportunity for our WHS Community to engage in conversation with our Board Members, ask questions about our association, and have your say about our programs moving forward. All West Hill Softball parents/guardians are welcome and encouraged to attend.

MEETING DETAILS

Date: Wednesday, October 19
Time: 6:30-7:30pm
Location: 4943 8 Ave SW – Westgate Community Association

(Virtual option will be available for those unable to attend in person)

Agenda will include a 20-30 min update from the WHS Board (including a summary of our survey results) followed by an engagement Q&A for our community. This meeting is for adults, please leave your players/children at home!
